curry. nom nom nom nom.
curry loosely based off the recipe in the oct/nov issue of BUST magazine. it was my first time making curry and it turned out very very tasty. curry w/peas, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms served over jasmine rice. whole wheat pita bread served as "naan," as i couldn't find any vegan naan at the supermarket.
